You will find this A13 incredibly fast, with a much, much better camera, including portrait mode. BenG 19,908
Something we won't know until the SE 2020 ships is the RAM. The 8 had 2GB, XR had 3GB and 11 had 4GB. I'm guessing 3GB for future proofing.

People sit at home and generally spend more money online than in stores—given that many are closed. This is a strategic marketing boost for the success and sales of the iPhone SE. If every company had to stop launching products because of the COVID-19 virus, the entire economy would collapse. Aren't we supposed to avoid non-essential purchases? Let's not cry on Apple's fate, please, they're more than fine They can survive without an iPhone release during the worst of the pandemic.

Lots of people out here still buying gadgets among basic needs. Businesses still to make money to cover their employees salary, mortgage for their shops, and share holders income. That, or they had to majorly fire people out to keep the budget healthy. Either way it is a lose lose situation. Just remember what Gaga says, everyone facing different struggles during this time. You can't fault any brands who decides to keep businesses going amid these pandemic. Yes I'm sure Apple is struggling

The previous-generation SE was released in March 2016. The budget phone has always been released halfway through the mid-range/flagship cycle.
