This is acutally embarassing and kind of disgusting to me. He's trying to capitalize from a global epidemic. 

What has this man ever done in his life and for the sake of the world to justify releasing a song like this?

This is not a world cup where it's about winning, this is maybe the biggest and darkest chapter of humankind, where people are litterally dieing every minute. And their families can't even say goodbye or arrange funerals for them. 

I feel sorry for people who lost their lost ones and have to listen to those insensitive lyrics - "I believe that we will win"... Sorry for this rant but this makes me angry.

I love Pitbull so much. I know he's kind of a meme online, but when I saw him when he toured with Kesha in 2012, the energy this man exuded on stage was unlike anything I'd seen before. The audience was the most hype for any concert that I've ever been to, and not to mention almost all of his songs are either bangers or uplifting anthems of some sort. Pitbull is kind of the voice of a generation TBH.

 

Edit after reading some of the salty responses... I know this may not have been in the best taste, but bear in mind the proceeds aren't going to him at all. It's a harmless song, it's uplifting and I'm more than certain a lot of people will feel inspired and more hopeful on listening to this (basic as it may be).

He is a UN global ambassador and has been focusing on working towards access to clean water for those who need it, speaks often about the impact of climate change (one of his albums is literally called Climate Change), and has recently been speaking out about the importance of mental health, and always has had a focus on immigration and the right to pursue a better life in his music and philosophy.

@AlotofApollo You asked for receipts! (I really do believe that Pitbull is trying here, he's always bee one of the good guys. Maybe people just haven't heard about his efforts to make the world a better place.)

Oddly enough ol' Pitbull is very much morally in line with a certain philosopher, humanitarian, politician and artist that we all log in daily to read about and discuss.
