There should be government built quarantine hotels, where people who have contracted the virus are able to isolate themselves and avoid spreading the disease to family/house mates. these quarantine hotels should be staffed with medical staff and provided with emergency ventilators.

This would be perfect, and if the world governments would’ve better prepared for this (this isn’t an attack on specifically trump, I’m talking Boris, Trudeau, etc.) something similar (maybe not as perfect) could have been achieved.

its still not too late to require broad mandatory testing/antibody testing. we need to know if there's any reason to isolate further 

although yes, it is too late for quarantine hotels, the 65+ requirements i've outlined are still feasible
