I know there are some instances where it looks like her face almost reverts to its "old" look, and I think that's because some of the work wears off over time? I myself will be getting some minor fillers under my eyes to remove genetic bags, so I have spoken with a plastic surgeon about it. Gaga generally has three facial phases: 1) super puffy and swollen 2) Just how she normally looks these days 3) fillers have faded and she begins to look similar to how she used to Then the cycle repeats.
