The death toll in France has now exceeded 10,000. In an alarming development, the French Director General of Health warned during a press conference the country was "not yet at" the peak off COVID-19, suggesting the number of deaths would continue to increase in days to come. France became the 4th country to reach 10 000 deaths after Italy, Spain and the US. I get what u mean but even if you have a good health system sometimes a virus can be so damageable you can't save the most vulnerable people + even if you have a good system you can't build more rooms for patients by snapping fingers no country is ever "ready" for a pandemic, but maybe that will change... We're in our 4th week of quarantine and numbers still increase every day. Even my own father still brings his alcoholic friends at home and put people's lives at risk...
