Oh my God... saying Beyonce wearing a blonde wig is the same as this is so ****ing ignorant

I-

The way social hierarchies and history just go over your heads is astounding.

So don't read it.

Bye.

Offended by nothing, drama queens like always.

A white girl who has darkened her skin is a major threat to a handful of GGD gays in 2020

I'm just asking. Why? She doesn't do anything inapproriate or mocking black people.

sis Michael Jackson just didn't turn white out of nowhere. He had VITILIGO, a disease which causes melanine depigmentation. He was LOSING HIS COLOR.

People compare white and POC people as if history painted them as equal. It never did. In the 60s people of color could STILL NOT use the same bathrooms as white people. That's just 60 years from today. That's my grandma age. It was NOT a long time ago. Also there's still pretty much racist behaviors because things pass on to generations and unfortunately racism is one of them. We still have a long time until these issues are covered in a rightful way. Know that to this day people still look at black people as if they were less worth, and that's BIG.

When a white person tries to act as if they're black is almost like a slap in the face of the black community because they never went through racism nor looked down upon because of their skin color.

Black people have history of doing extraordinary things but erased from the books (like the mathematicians who helped put the first man on the moon).

This is my issue (and other people's) with this kind of thing. Even when history shows us how white people opressed, tortured and enslaved black people and they still to this day have issues based on this behavior people still take their time to go "BuT ReVeRsEd RaCiSm"

So, answering your question. She doesn't do anything directly, but is pretty much still is a problem we should discuss. Only if the gays could talk about rights that aren't about them, but apparently we're not ready for this yet. :emma:

I swear it happens a lot it and it takes away the actual conversation part of it.

It's like people just don't want to be wrong, they don't even take the time to think "well I'm not educated enough about it maybe I should reach out to people or read more about it?" NO they just go in people's way to say the most ignorant things and the funniest part is they do in this "i am very smart" way ksksksk

Synonymous with white people but anyone can have it? I never said I have anything against white people having any hair style they want. So you ignored most of what I said picked out your favorites then gave me an English lesson...... on top of that missed my point lol. Anyways I just noticed your avi so nvm I won't argue. :smh:

Having blonde hair is an incredibly CAUCASIAN trait, just as having black cornrow hair is an ethnic trait. Certain ethnic groups can have blonde hair, yes, my bad, but most? No. They don’t. You missed my point, so I guess we’re gonna have to agree to disagree on this one. I was gonna go all in on your assimilation point, but I cba. I get why some black people may have to do it, but, my point was a hopeful one. I was saying I wish none of this to be happening.

In a way, it’s no different at all to Beyonce bleaching her skin in the past, or black women wearing denim jeans and blonde wigs. Blonde ain’t black.

tbh, cultural appropriation pisses me off. I wish everyone would stop needlessly trying to cause division, and accept each other. Absorb each other’s culture, embrace it, feel it, love it, breathe it. No double standards, no pathetic crying over a hairdo. I really don’t get it sometimes. We go through apartheid and slavery, come out on the other side, just for conservative white people to continually be racist ****s and black people to continually hold the past against white people. Leave that **** in the past. Much of it affected their forefathers, not themselves personally, and while racism is still at large, everyone needs to work towards a better future without this bullshit. I’ll get called all sorts of names for this potentially controversial opinion, but when that black girl gets a BLONDE WEAVE, let her work the **** out of it. When that white across your street gets BLACK CORNROWS, leave her alone too. In Bhad Bhabie’s case, she may gone a little extreme, but people allowed her to go that far the end of the day.

You do realize there's black people with naturally blonde hair right? :toofunny: white cis gays are truly something else sometimes...

Knife

White people think it's cute to cosplay as "black" or as "racially ambiguous" because their fake tan and makeup tricks wash off at the end of the day and they can go back to enjoying their freedoms as white people when they feel like it.

I'm embarrassed by a majority of the posts in this thread. The ignorance.

"white cis gays" - that's the pathetic kind of divisionary language that feeds division I have been talking about in my comments. That ****. Read my other posts below first please. Being blonde is a Caucasian trait, that often indicates European ancestry. Biological fact. You can literally read this stuff on the "Blond" Wikipedia page.

Lets not forget this either while we're at it:

Bhad-Bhabie.jpg&quality=70&width=808

I just wanted to clear something out of the air that a lot of people don’t get and I don’t either at one point, this hairstyle is not biased towards being just a “black hairstyle” these are braids not locs, the subject is kind of touchy but people seriously take stuff too far and it’s usually people in the white community who want to actually drag someone down.

She looks good imo, too bad some are upset i guess

Imo its a bit hypocritical of her :billie:  she was calling out people like Kylie Jenner who get work done to themselves, and because she has some money now she has just gone and done the exact same thing

She looks totally different, like completely unrecognisable. In a good way
