StrawberryBlond 14,580
So many music videos are released all the time, some for successful songs, some for flops. Naturally, the ones that result in hits have more views and likes over time as they become iconic and legendary. But then there are some songs that were maybe a hit just for a few months and then everyone moved on or were even all-out flops but for some reason, they still chalk up those views all this time later, while much more relevant charting songs aren't doing as well. Whether it's fake views, devoted fans or something intriguing about the video itself, for some reason, people keep coming back. So, what music videos are you surprised that are still big? Mine are... I'm not saying all these songs are bad, just that I thought they'd had their time and are old enough now that I thought the public would long as since moved on. But they consistently get good views all this time later. What are your picks?

Yeah, but it was released a decade ago and was only a hit at the time. It comes back every time the World Cup comes back, which is only every 4 years. The last one was in 2018. Bar the SB, I really don't know what kept that song so big between then and now once the World Cup stopped. It's catchy and all but I really don't think it's an awesome song at all. What makes people tune into it and give it so many likes? It's one of the most liked videos of all time by a female artist, more than any video by Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce, Ariana, even Taylor. And I just don't get why.

Nothing exciting happens in it, the lyrics are just the same couple of lines over and over. You could say it's popular because it's Calvin Harris and Rihanna on a song but they already did that with We Found Love. WFL is undoubtedly the bigger hit, it actually is still remembered and enjoyed to this day and its video is one of her best ever. But that video doesn't have anywhere near the same views. It never fails to baffle me.
