I’m frustrated

I’m kind of mad. This is my opinion as a fan who wants to see one of my favourite artists succeed so please don’t hate me.

Artistically I feel Gaga is way ahead of her peers and is the epitome of pop. She has the potential for insane impact. Why is her rollout such a flop every time? Bad decision making, everything leaking, changing singles, weird or lack of promo.

It just makes me frustrated, if she rolled out with perfection like the weeknd or dua she’d ****in slay everybody. 

Gaga and her team seem too spontaneous. They need to learn to plan an era and a rollout, make a couple videos in advance. Make the deals in advance. Have the album cover ready, and crackdown on the leaks, they are destroying her. Get tighter security on ur digital stuff. 

It always feels when an era starts like Gaga can’t keep up with it herself. The Weeknd in comparison is like a master letting you see only what he wants at any time. Also music execs warned Abel not to release and he did anyway so don’t start with the tHe lAbEl tOlD hEr tO dElaY cuz Covid.

When artistically the concept is as well considered and dreamed up as Chromatica, it is being dramatically let down by the complete lack of release strategy, the art loses its statement. It’s maddening.

I think she was really trying to plan an era out with Coachella and everything and setting the stage for the tour. She couldn't have predicted the coronavirus.

I honestly think that if it weren’t for the coronavirus we wouldn’t be dealing with those leaks and stuff. It was kind of out of her and her team’s control. (Unless you believe that she shouldn’t have delayed, but I think it was the right decision!)

If there wasn't a literal pandemic happening, we probably would've seen the cover by now, since the album would be coming in less than a week.

Things like this are out of her hands. Unfortunately, her team couldn't have known they were planning to release her stuff in times of corona.

Gaga already has things to give us, it’s rumored she has another music video filmed, she has photoshoots done, etc. 

Y'all are forgetting her album was supposed to come next week. Of corse she has a lot done. She has files of stuff to share with us. She didn’t wait last minute. She had to delay the album because of her live promotion being stopped, and now her virtual promotion is sitting there ready to be leaked.  the only fault on their hand is valuing their live promo more than things like photos, videos, etc.

Gaga is no fortune teller to predict that this crisis will happen Plus artist have their own different household powers, they can either pull a good sales or flop. And at these times it is very hard to find a way or plan on how can they release something.

Its as if people forget about the global pandemic that shut down the world approximately 2-3 weeks after SL was released halting any and all plans Gaga had for promo (Coachella, IHeartRadio, and I assume much more)

I'm just comparing to another visionary artist, who's good planning and strategy really paid off for a smash era even during the corona lockdown.

I dont understand why she did not release the album! Artists as big as Gaga dont need to promote their albums anymore. Beyonce and Madonna never promote her albums, they just go on tour. All she needs to do is film a couple of videos and release them throughout the year, and once the caronavirus ends, she can start the tour.

Gaga and her team are very creative, they can also find different unique ways to perform and promote the album if she really wants to.
