Actually they're pretty nice, if you ignore the cult-like aspects. My family used to be super active (most are members, actually), and they do help their members economically-wise.

In fact one of my relatives became homeless and they literally made her a house :ladyhaha:. They also gave her food every month, etc, so I respect them.

I'm no pro-religion, but if I see you helping a broke bitch out, now that's something I respect

But yes, some of their traditions are hilarious. Like, they don't drink coffee, why? :laughga:

My grandma was told that it was her own decision and she wasn’t obligated to stop drinking/eating what she liked :enigma: she’d never stop drinking coffee

They have a full ass single about not drinking coffee tho, when I was a kid and my grandma had "family home evening", we used to sing it, it's a bop :music:

I knew the lyrics of several hymns :enigma:

Oh :laughga: I guess they aren’t as extreme over here. I went to their church like 3 times and learnt some of their hymns, I really liked them tbh, I think that if I ever became a religious man I would try and go again :enigma: it suits me in many ways
