Damn this virus is no joke...stay inside wash your hands and distance yourself from people...you only have 1 life! Don't spoil it for a stroll in the park, going to the beach, going on a date, looking for a hookup, etc...please be smart not stupid

This 13 year old was not fortunate enough to win this war but we have to do what's best for ourselves and others so stay away...let this pass

Meanwhile in Indonesia, a family insisted take home the dead body, take off the plastic seal and held a funeral and make the whole neighborhood at risk of being infected.

and everyday, there are news about stupid brainless people doing stupid things that will only spread the infection further.

This will not be over until they all die I guess.

But we mustn't get complacent and think because we are young, we are some how invincible... we must do everything no matter what age to protect ourselves from this virus and remain healthy

No no I completely agree with you. ♥️ was just saying that's all.

The govt have classed a BMI over 40 as high risk yeah

Ahhh I wasn't sure if they did. Still isn't the classification of over weight begins at 25?

A crash diet is never good. If you go on a diet you have to break in gently. Covid 19 is an infection that attacks the lungs, thats why one of the symptoms is shortness of breath. It also effects people with high blood pressure... so while being overweight might not be a direct link, it could be a contributing factor.

People should remain as active as possible, so home work outs or a run outside and just keep the blood flowing and keep moving. Eating the right things as well that will reduce blood pressure naturally, and will give you the best nutrients will help.

Overweight people will often have underlying cardiovascular issues, diagnosed or not. Your advice at the end was top notch 🙏🏼🖤

Mister G

The youngest case reported in the US was an infant from Illinois. The actual age wasn’t disclosed but the article shared it was a baby. No one is safe and people need to stop acting like they are.

Well, actually no. Nobody says young people are invincible. But young & healthy people are more likely to get through this well and be immune afterwards. And the more immune people we have, the less the virus spreads.

It‘s how nature works, survival of the fittest. But this time we as humans could be able to use that for out advantage. Think „controlled infection“. Changing the way we live in a way that keeps infection rates lower, and saving our „weak“ ones as good as we can. We are trying to save time and we are trying to keep our heath systems from crashing, not to stop the virus, because that is impossible without vaccines and immunity.

We are trying to save as many people as possible, not ourselves.
