Do they know any limit to how much they can scam people into paying for things that aren’t worth a fraction of their price? Like under no circumstances does a vinyl need to cost $90. Limited or not that’s their choice, it reflects nothing of the quality of manufacturing of the beauty of the product of the amount for extra content given with it. I see official t-shirts that are like $35 or $45 and you wash them once and they lose color, like I’d much rather by something from an actual brand that makes good clothes than this trash and those vinyls, are they in any way special beside the vague “limited edition” label? Also, what is it with pre-orders going live for mercy of this era without any pictures of the actual products? Yeah. The thing is I don’t even mind paying for expensive things, but those expensive things are in an ever declining quality. Like for example Madonna’s management sold the remainder of the VIP books given with VIP tickets for cancelled shows due to COVID-19 for $225 each, and it’s basically a glorified tour book with images that are all seen in the album booklet and her instagram and backstage shots seen everywhere, compare that to her SEX book in 1992 which is an original book with premium packaging and metallic cover and an whole original photos shoot and stories, sold for $49 (approximately $91 in today’s money). Or those tour t shirts for Gaga that lost color in just one or two wishes... like at least maintain some premium quality of you’re gonna a sell a t-shirt for 45... It sucks Gaga probably doesn't even pay much attention to it especially now with everything going down the last thing she's thinking about is her damn merch prices. it sucks we are just forced to be a lot more selective with what we purchaseas fans or just go third party.
