The album was already officially announced, the lead single was released with the album title appearing right at the end of the video with money already spent on promotion (what little they were able to do). In fact, the album is already up for preorder in online stores. It’s not like the original LG5 where she hadn’t released anything therefore she could perfectly scrap it.
