If he talked about Gaga as much as she said he did, my guess is it's not just a feeling, he probably told her or implied that that is also the reason they broke up because I think I remember Gaga talking about the long distance and schedules being an issue in their relationship. It seems like they were fighting around the time Gaga signed onto ASIB and she also later said the movie was the reason she lost him so he probably got pissed that she'd be spending even less time with him because she'd be busy making a movie so he called it quits. That's just my theory though. I can only hope he wasn't as manipulative with the whole "do you hate me?" bullshit with her as he was with that girl but... I just hope Michael treats her better. She gave him a chance to try and get it together, so that their engagement could continue, but he just kept screwing it up. But given the way she says he needs so much attention and affection I feel like their conflicting schedules probably got in the way too. Gurl, HE DID, I'm sure, men like that don't change. It's a pattern, I'm sure he cheated, and I'm sure GaGa forgave him. It probably came to a point where she had more things to forgive in the relationship, than to enjoy, so she was like: "Girl, bye ". You get tired of people like that eventually. He seems like the kind of guy who "doesn't mean it", but always ends up screwing it anyways. It's exhausting, she probably got tired of understanding and forgiving his f*ck ups. She meant it in a quid pro quo kind of way. That any time her career is sky rocketing her relationships implode. People seemed to take that as Taylor dumping her bc her acting career took off and while that might have been an issue, I don't think that quote proves it. You're right I don't think it proves it either, I just theorized it might be one of the reasons. Clearly it wasn't the only one. I think they had a strong relationship for a long time because they really loved each other so I'm sure there were multiple reasons it broke in the end.
