I'm not even sure if you are allowed to buy non-essential items at Target anymore, and only the Targets who have fresh produce/meat/etc. are open apparently. That’s just a fact. How is it a fact? Gaga’s probably not comfortable releasing something happy when she’s worried about the state of the world and her old parents in New York. At least have some compassion man.. And the fact she spent her birthday talking to the head of WHO about solutions for the pandemic prove that she takes it seriously.
