I've become disillusioned about WHO (and CDC) since they were initially discouraging people from using masks for protection. I understand why they did, as they didn't want people to go crazy hoarding and buying up all the masks, but they could have at least been honest, explained why not to hoard, and encouraged people to make their own. 

That said it sounds like she's going to open her purse and fund some things, so that is honestly really great.
