Will we hear Chromatica before The Chromatica Ball commences?

I am not too upset that Chromatica is delayed because I do feel it best to release it when Corona is on the decline is most countries. I doubt it's going anywhere any time soon, but the economy will rupture if we have shops, restaurants etc closed for too long - so when they eventually reopen, we'll be able to buy Chromatica from stores (yaaay, sorry I went off on a tangent).

But my only concern is that will Chromatica be released before the tour starts? I'm sure no one wants to be going to a tour for an album they haven't heard. So if the situation is too bad to release now, when do you think will be more appropriate and will it be before July?

If the situation is better and they don't have to reschedule the dates, I don't think they're going to just because the album hasn't been released.

I think that if things are going to be controlled enough for the tour to go on in July that she'll release the album before that (May or June), but if it looks like the tour is going to be postponed, then who knows when the album will be released. In short, I still think the album will come out before the tour, but I'm not convinced the tour is still happening this summer. It's too early to know at this point when cases in the Americas and Europe haven't peaked and East Asia is seeing a second wave of spikes.

The album will definitely come out before the tour. The question is, is the tour still going to be slated for summer? In her announcement, she sounded fairly confident that the tour would still go forward as planned, but tbh, I think they're going to have to move it.

She can't tour for an album that isn't released. The tour will obviously be postponed.
