That's up to her team, not on Interscope or the label. She promotes her album, or at least she schedules the meetings and performances. 

I honeslty don't think insiders could now wheter a tv performance is happening or not, ir wheter they were scheduled or not - unless they hack Bobby's phone calendar lol

And I know that, but she is not the only artist struggling because of Covid-19 etc.

Her team is just always VERY slow and messy when it comes to changes.

Quality > quantity tho. So yes, they should take their time and postpone etc, but then everything needs to be done flawless and to the point aka not messy.

To say they’re “always” messy is inaccurate. You’re not noticing that 95% of their plans are executed well, and only the few messy situations stick out to us. Let’s not be unfair

This is... I... Can't... Of course, people's lives are way more important than anything else rn, but to think that this might be her last true pop era and it was hindered like that... Truly sad.

Okay friends, I get that we're all clamoring for some updates from her team, but we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. Streaming a performance remotely isn't as easy as you may think. California has a shelter in place order, so it's not like Freddy & Sarah can just come over and get her ready for the performance (unless she's already living with them), and her band  and dancers can't just show up and perform with her – sorry, but a musical performance doesn't qualify as an "essential" business. They would be violating a government order and would be fined, and it would be horrible optics for her team to be violating this order during a pandemic. At most, she could do something on the piano, but if Chromatica is largely a dance album, this might be tricky. And I don't know how you expect a performance of her rumored duet with Ariana when they can't be in the same place – maybe they can still pull off a duet via FaceTime or Zoom, but it's going to take bit more logistical work. 

I imagine her team has been discussing whether to delay the album or to release it on time but with reduced and revamped promo, and if the latter, they are probably trying to figure out just what kind of promo they can do given all of the restrictions. Gaga can't go anywhere but the grocery store or a doctor's office right now, and legally, people from the outside shouldn't be coming to her house. Her silence could be because she doesn't know what's going to happen yet. 

We need to be understanding. She likely did have a lot of promo planned for this era, such as SNL (I heard several murmurings on this), and possibly late-night shows, etc., and now that's all vanished in one poof. These are unprecedented times that no one could have foreseen. It's also possible that she is trying to think of how she can do some sort of fundraising to help get more money for masks, gowns, ventilators, and the like, which honestly is more important right now. 

It's up to her whether she delays the album and the era. We can hope for a certain outcome, but we have no control over it. I fully understand and support her if she delays the album, but I'll also understand and support her if she releases it as scheduled. If she delays it and offers us another single to tide us over, great. If she doesn't, that's okay. 

All of our lives have been upended right now. These are not "normal" times. I'm sure we will hear from her eventually, once she and her team formulate a plan going forward. Just as we should be extra gentle with ourselves right now, let's try to be gentle and understanding with others too.

The 2 weeks following SL release there was no quarantine. She didn't even make one public appearance the day SL came out but she was out there flying and driving to fast food restaurants just fine. I'm not buying this
