 I feel like I’m desensitized towards the traditional marketing moves of small performances at TV shows/programs. I’d much rather have a visual album (either music videos for each song or a full film featuring all the songs of the album) than any performance.

Just a thought but is it possible haus labs was going to tie in with the album release too and so they are also having to rearange all of this too aswell as the album roll out? Think its highly possible

Obviously we will enjoy the music but promo is important and the second best thing to the actual music! It's meant to be exciting. The anticipation of waiting for her to appear somewhere, the performances, the interviews, the hype, everyone going wild for her, the forum having tons of actual content to talk about. All of it. It extends an era for as long as possible and gets the most out of it.

Of course it matters.

Planning an entire album promotional campaign takes longer than a week dude. It can take months. A single performance take time finding a venue, rehearsing, set design, hiring staff, logistics with cinematography and staging, etc. Now imagine trying to do this for 10 performances, or several over the span of 2 weeks. 
 

Most of us are stalking her socials every hour of the day, so complaining about no information is quite overblown lol

Stupid Love is dying except in radios, but that won't last that long either.

We're back to what every thread this past week was, delaying the album a week or two is fine, but corona will be here for a long time, so there's no point on delaying and album 6 months or more. 

I'm trying to be optimistic. The more it'll grow on radio the higher it will be on hot 100. Releasing 2nd single soon would kill it's monementum..
