This has nothing to do with US reporters doing a bad job. China has been known to have already been slow to give the world information. Even their own reporters have been punished for not pushing the State agenda. And we all know that China's agenda is heavily controlled by the government. Additionally, the Trump admin recently limited the amount of Chinese media outlet members from working in the US. I'm guessing you didn't bother catching up on that. People need to drop their hate for US media as if it's represented by one source. There are a lot bigger issues going on. We don't need this extra attitude to rile up a base. Also, CNN is making the same kind of propaganda in favor of Dem Establishment. Therefore, we should definitely be very critical towards US media, especially knowing that FOX News and CNN have the biggest influence on people living in the US. And that has nothing to do with this conversation. I didn't mention Fox because they're irrelevant to me. They also weren't banned from China. Which also makes them irrelevant from this discussion. CNN being more liberal for Democratic audiences also has nothing to do with China. I'm not going to waste my time moaning about the media. I'm a gay, Asian man. I've known what the media can do. From AIDS to turning away from Asian hate crimes. I'm not going to be petty and generalize a whole profession because I disagree with the actions of some. I'm clearly stating that the response from China is not a reason to bash US media. Because the US wasn't in any wrongs from what I can tell.
