cdparky 164
She's overrated as a touring act. Sticky & Sweet was a sack of crap (regardless of how much cash it earned, it was an awful show that I somehow saw 4 times). Confessions was one of the best tours ever, MDNA was great as well. On her game she is brilliant, slightly off her game and she is terrible.
Guest
Tara Savelo confirmed that the show is SOLD OUT!!!!! we already knew this though, as it is an open field. it would have been sold out with 10 tickets sold. Can't wait for Gaga/BB to reveal the attendance!

Can't wait for Gaga/BB to reveal the attendance! if 10 tickets had been sold it would have been cancelled but i get your point whther it was 30k, 40k, 50k, 60k or 70k it would be marked as sold out but i rather have this beautiful 70k

Rollercoaster 2
Sticky & Sweet was a sack of crap (regardless of how much cash it earned, it was an awful show that I somehow saw 4 times). Confessions was one of the best tours ever, MDNA was great as well. On her game she is brilliant, slightly off her game and she is terrible. But when you add in the poor material for this show it brings it down a lot. She's tripe. Told you all Rio would slay and you're a bunch of worrying grannies. StrawberryBlond 14,726
There, I told everyone not to worry about tickets selling out. I'll mark it down as a 70,000 sold out attendance for the moment. The biggest one-city show she played at on this tour was in Paris - just over 70,000 people with one date (and her biggest attendance by city was just over 101,000 people from two nights in London). It would be awesome if she beat the Paris attendance as this will likely be her biggest audience for one date with this tour. Though she's still got Sao Paulo with 70,200 tickets to sell as well. One thing I'm looking forward to on the next tour is the fact that Live Nation will be focusing on promoting Gaga 100%. I'm sure she could have sold more tickets if they weren't torn between the promotion for her and Madonna. Even though Gaga had been on the label longer and was the biggest star currently, there was no way Madonna could be kicked aside in the battle of the tours here. Madonna's only releasing an album every 3-4 years these days and I expect that the older she gets, the longer she'll take to make more albums in the future, meaning Gaga might not have Madonna to compete with for her next tour or even the one after that. And by the time that Madonna starts touring again, maybe Gaga will be the one that Live Nation puts first. For Gaga to get the bigger gross at the end of this would really be something. jhonyguy04 3
guys, I don't think we should be celebrating just yet. we don't know the gross of this tour....
Rollercoaster 2
guys, I don't think we should be celebrating just yet. we don't know the gross of this tour.... There have been no flops and we have no reports for attendance or gross yet. The best indicator of gross is attendance. If there are traffic jams and such commotion in Brazil then I doubt we will get a low gross.
