And people wanted her to do stadiums in the US.

ikr, i said it before the dates were posted, the only place where she could do a stadium in the US is NYC, and they chose to do 4 arena dates

maybe with ARTPOP she could do one here one there, but that's pretty much it

The numbers posted in the OP for the North American leg are completely wrong. Please remove them or people will think they are the actual numbers.

The first Vancouver date is about to SELL OUT!

Yesterday there were 1,131 available seats - now there are just about 400 seats left

Maybe not a 100% stadium leg, but she could certainly do a few here and there with plenty of arenas in states were she's less popular. She's doing enough arena shows in certain states to fill the capacity of one stadium instead. Examples:

California - 3 arenas with a combined capacity of just over 59,000 - that's enough to fill up the 53,000 capacity Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles (or the 63,000 capacity O.co Coliseum in Oakland).

Illinois - 2 arenas with a combined capacity of 47,000 - that's enough to fill up the 47,130 capacity Ryan Field (though I can't find evidence of concerts being held there - the 41,000 Wrigley Field occasionally does concerts, though).

Pennslyvania - 3 arenas with a combined total of 60,000 people - that's enough to fill the 64,500 capacity Heinz Field (or the 68,523 capacity Lincoln Financial Field).

Nevada - 2 arenas with a combined total of 33,600 - that's enough to fill the 36,800 capacity Sam Boyd Stadium.

Texas - 2 arenas with a combined total of 40,000 - that's enough to fill the 40,960 capacity Minute Maid Park.

Florida - 3 arenas with a combined total of 62,200 - that's enough to fill the 65,647 Raymond James Stadium.

New York - 4 arenas with a combined total of 78,000 - that's enough to fill the 73,967 capacity Ralph Wilson Stadium, or two dates at the 41,922 capacity Citi Field. Or any other combination of two stadiums, really.

The Canadian arenas are fine as they are at the moment. She does have the demand for a stadium show even with her sales how they currently are. I think it's high time LN gave it a shot with the next tour.

But I can't remember the original ones now so they'll have to do. If anyone needs to know specific numbers, they can phone up these arenas.

Yeah I was just saying that because people use this thread as a source when in fact it isn't legit at all. It's not like the original numbers were official or something, they were just rough guesses. It's pretty useless to have them when we don't know anything about original ticket sales besides the date with a seating map on Tickemaster (Vancouver, Tacoma, Miami, Nashville and some others). Maybe you should clear up in the OP that they are not official so people won't have meltdowns/be confused when Billboard reports actual numbers.

I've stated repetedly that I guess a lot and make ammends whenever anyone says there's a sell-out. But then LN add more tickets and everything's up in the air again. Sometimes even venues have to keep quiet about ticket availability when asked (could be to stop scalpers buying the last available tickets or something). Different stage sizes mean less tickets will be available and it's pretty near impossible to completely sell out an arena anyway. There'll always be at least one ticket left over.

At this point it's more about revenue rather than the sold out status.

And btw, what are the show we should worry about?

At the moment I don't think the first Brooklyn + Chicago dates would be considered a sell out YET, nor would Nashville and Washington DC. But with time, it'll happen. After tonight, the snowball effect will happen. Besides, if she makes a proper, big arrival in each city that gets put on the new she can sell a lot of tickets.
