Pop Muse Tumblr 1
i think it's concern over the weather, although she could've done an indoor stadium... but perhaps it's also concern over being able to sell out in a stadium in the US because BTW was slated by the GP and she's not promoting anything to get attention for the tour right now. I personally think she should've planned a January release of the ARTPOP lead single to promote the crap out of the tour and get it in a stadium. I think it's a time of year issue more than anything. Silly LiveNation. Didn't the tour start in April? she should've started out in Europe, then NA & Canada towards the autumn months, then moved into touring the southern hemisphere as it changed to the warmer months there, and as the tour wraps up in spring, go perform in Asia, and finish up in NA again. They could've chased the sun with this tour to ensure the correct weather as much as they could, but also it would've assured a little more for time off school/work etc for availability of audience. yeah, like rogers centre in canada. but no one performs at the louisiana dome? but amen. should've been europe or north america first, then south america, australia then asia. Klou 2,414
It's not a big deal at all, but I noticed this in the OP AUGUST 25 - TALLINN - Song Festival Ground - SOLD OUT - 16,191/16,191 (0%) Edited November 10, 2012 by Klou
Pop Muse Tumblr 1
The flop show on Rio: it better not be a flop like romania, estonia, latvia and lithuania with their open spaces producing only 10000-20000 people :eww:
AndreLovesU 0
The flop show on Rio: The screens are ****ing huge :o Why didn't she use them in the other stadium dates ?!
bumblebee 2,528
it better not be a flop like romania, estonia, latvia and lithuania with their open spaces producing only 10000-20000 people This is one of the most arrogant comments I have ever seen on this forum. What the f*/ck s wrong with her playing open places for 10.000 - 20.000 people? Do you know that it was the first times she visite those countries? FIRST TIME. She was exploring the audience, and how the heck could Live Nation exactly know how many people will come to the show? Do you know how complicated the process of integrated market research is? In music industry - even more complicated. Should they augur using a crystal ball ? No. It's Ok. She has been to the new place, she has explored the territory better than any research could ever do, she has played her music for so many people and now will have more information for Live Nation to organize a better tour next time. Guest
Well, sources from Brazil are reporting a 20k and 40k attendance so don't celebrate that 70k just yet, but still, everyone loved the show and that's what's most important, because next time people will know the show is worth their money. The pics of the crowd are awesome, and from what I'm seeing I think the show was a total success regardless of the attendance
bumblebee 2,528
There is really no need in being that gross-oriented, when it comes to watching her touring the world. It's obviously nice to see your favourite artist being a commercial success, but tour is not only about that. I would say that for Gaga it's about performing the music which was born in her heart for people, sharing her art and love with them. Even with the tickets in Rio being offered and given to so many people, why the f*ck is it bad? Do you understand how magical was it for the kids from social club to get to see her show? Do you think people will come to any show if it were free? I doubt. The fact that people come to her show, no matter whether they pay for the ticket or get it free, is still a wonderful thing. theredkilt 0
That's not true. It's a fabrication. When she doesn't sell out, or even sell well, the promoter or her team buy the remaining tickets and mark it as sold out, or they reduce the tickets that are remaining on sale to double figures so it appears as a sell out. Infact, I've explained all this in my previous post but you deleted the evidence from your quote.

Yes, because the biggest traffic jams in a country's history are always caused by a tiny 10K show. Hahahaha.
