No, I don't think so. Till the tour starts, the outbreak peak will be long over. And it will be Summer by then, and virus cases should decrease as soon as temperatures start going up. I am aware of it because, ya know, I'm from Italy and we are in quarantine at home for the next few weeks. A wise woman once said: til it happens to you, you don't know... Probably the limit to 6 dates are because of Gaga's health/endurance problems. Touring is much more difficult than just the times when the artist is onstage. I live outside the space time continuum.
