Ozzy8923 9
Following his critically acclaimed 2010 My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album, Kanye West has been in the lab putting together his sixth studio album. If you recall a few months back, there were some rumors floating around of possible album titles such as Rich Black American and Black American Psycho, however today, there appears to be some new developments and from a credible source. BBC News is reporting Kanye West wants to call it I Am God. Here's the excerpt from the article below: "Mixed emotions greet reports that Kanye West is considering calling his first child North. It's a good joke, from a slightly unexpected source (neither the rapper nor his possibly even more famous partner, Kim Kardashian, are best known for their self-deprecating sallies, although the title Kanye is supposed to be contemplating for his new album, I Am God, is said to be "half tongue-in-cheek")." SOURCE: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-21880159 OMG. If he names his album I Am God... That'll get people talking.
nick4bty 2,758
7000  Nelly sold 6,000 first week Wikipedia has her up to 9,000 now. Still, we're counting peanuts here
Tommymonster44 0
Poor lead single choice imo, and she didn't have nearly as much promo as JT. None of her singles even got banners on iTunes Plus, Nelly basically vanished during her break. Justin was still in the spotlight with his movies and relationship with Jessica, so people didn't forget about him. And let's not forget JT's crowning gem: He's basically the holy grail of male s-x appeal. Yes, the music and promotion need to be right. But I'm sure his looks keep a lot of people occupied with his fame.

Babel 41,515
Nelly was big during the Loose era, but she never pulled great numbers before it, and she released a full spanish album in 2009 so all the hype after Loose mostly vanished, so I wasn't suprised about her poor first week sales of TSI. She still delivered for fans and TSI was the Hip hop influenced album I was expecting so I'm okay with it. :) On other note, I'll stick to my 1 100 000 prediction on JT first week sales. (That was a troll prediction / shade at Gaga but right now is quite possible ).
Mills 446
I'm also betting on the 1 million+ opening week sales for Justin Timberlake. But nonetheless, what an impressive comeback album he has. Well deserved.
Jase 13,400
Guys (and this isn't directed at anybody, I'm just talking in general), whenever you talk about an artist, always try and remember to make the convo relevant to charts and sales, otherwise please just take it to that specific artists thread in the Entertainment section. Thank you!!

Guest
Not surprised with Ariana. I've seen endless kids on the internet admiring her for years now. Expecting her to drop harder than Demi :fan:

In my opnion I can't understand how they are doing so well on the charts :c
