A lot of her fanbase and general public own the album, so there arent that many people left that will buy her music. Taylor is becoming a little polarizing due to her serial dating, thus giving people a bias against her that affects whether or not her music sells. Gaga is polarizing in the sense people are turned off by her outlandish-ness, and it makes people not even give her music a chance at times. I think Taylor could've had 5 or 6 singles, since the album is sooo long and I feel that her era is somewhat rushed ala Born This Way style. Ke$ha is fading. She needs a 3rd single and shouldve not promoted C'mon (which I still dont understand how it flopped). Honestly, considering how all these ballads are smashing, I think she should just release something different. I wouldve said "All That Matters", "Crazy Kids", "Supernatural" or "Out Alive" before, but the climate of the top 10 is different ATM. I think "Love Into The Light" is probably the only interesting slower song on her album. And "Wherever You" Are might smash kinda like "Love Is Your Drug". Then she can release a dance track as the final single. Christina shoulda promoted Lotus better. I hear Just A Fool a LOT though, surprised she never performed it. She couldve easily squeezed a 3rd single and switched her era around. Idk wtf is wrong with her promo team. And idk what is going on with Gaga. This wait was so underwhelming, since her era will most likely overlap with Katy, Adele's and Beyonce's for sure now, which is a problem for her chart performance. They'll only help the album sell more consistently for a longer time even if it means the next single(s) is/are moderate hit(s). I still can't get over Lotus being completely abandoned so soon lol.
