Wasn't the issue that Interscope straight up ceased their backing of that single? Not necessarily that radio blacklisted Gaga, it's just that why would it promote a single that was no longer pushed by its label. The cord was cut by Gaga/Interscope, not radio. I mean with the old rules It was more difficult and she manage to debut at number 1 with a Thursday debute so... Unless there is a HarlemShake or Gangnam Style, Gaga will debute at number 1...
