I remember that Gaga wanted to wait until 2013 because she wanted the music to sound fresh at the top of the new year. Now that it's so *late* in the year I don't think the effect will happen. She was probably waiting for the BTWB to end to promote the song properly. Right now I think she has a music video that is probably going through post-production, but she can't release the single because she's not able to promote it.
