Mariano 958
As much as I like Beyonce, the show wasn't something really cool and shocking, but neither was Madonna's show. Atleast Beyonce sung live and both the sound and the lights were really really great. I think Destiny's should have sung Survivor but anyway... Runway 27,876
2010 The Who - Not really exciting. 2011 Black Eyed Peas - The power went out, right? 2012 Madonna - Give Me All Your Lovin with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A pulling her middle finger 2013 Beyonce - Lack of new material They all gave a good show, but it seems like things don't always work out as expected. I'm here for Bon Jovi next year. i'm sure next year will be some rock band meh.
Mariano 958
Can you Imagine what kind of show Gaga could make :O I'm sure it will be the most exciting, and all the Madonna stans will go crazy ;dd I hope the next few years for a Gaga halftime SUPERSHOW ! BTW Next year is perfect because maybe she will be about to tour in USA around SPRING and she can promote her tour there and etc. but She is too young right ? I mean she must have atleast 10 years carreer or ?
Mills 446
It's too early for an artist like Gaga to headline the Super Bowl half-time show. Maybe, I'd wait for another couple of years, but within this decade, well hopefully. It'd feel more monumental if she'd have more smash hits under her belt. So far, she arguably has like 4 worldwide smash hits (JD, PF, BR, BTW) - which are considered to be her signature ones. Telephone and even TEOG are quite decent worldwide hits as well, both peaking at #3 in the HOT 100. Nevertheless, I'm sure she would have her own SB moment in the future since she's among the biggest acts of the 21st century yet. An artist like Gaga is somewhat destined to headline the Super Bowl half-time show, doesn't she?
Diamond Heart 4,400
I don't really get the people saying Gaga is too young for the Superbowl because wasn't it down to between her and Madonna to perform last year, but the chose Madonna? -.- But anyways, i don't think Gaga will be performing next year ;) "GGD IS NOT FOR YOU" - Admin
Mills 446
It's more than the age actually, but rather it'd feel much more monumental, as I've said, if she has further established her discography before headlining such a grandiose stage like the Super Bowl half-time show. For those who follows one's career, would it feel much more nostalgic if an artist could perform a smash hit from her debut album and a hit from another album seven/eight years after, rather than from a span of 4-5 years with just 2 studio albums and an EP? I totally agree with you, I could a imagine seeing our Gagz in 5 or 10 years singing Pokerface and Bad Romance at the Superbowl Bring back memories of the Fame and Fame Monster haha I just meant that people act like its just because of her age she wouldnt be asked to do the SB, when she was almost already picked for it :P "GGD IS NOT FOR YOU" - Admin

It just shows the impact she has in so little time for her to be considered to headline the Super Bowl at a relatively very young career.

Mills 446
With these new rules, even if Gaga releases the lead single on a Monday will she be able to debut at #1? I think one should be able to pull over 600K in digital sales, an impressive radio support, and a pretty strong streaming for a new single to straightaway debut at #1. But I really doubt someone would be able to do that nowadays. Even Taylor Swift did not do it, despite a strong opening performance. It took her a second week for her single to hit #1 due to the new rules of Billboard.
