I hope Scream & Shout will get that #1 :flutter:

Carly Rae Jepsen is shooting the video for " Tonight I`m Getting Over You " which will be released in the US on 19th Feburary.

Do you guys think it`ll smash ?

Had it been released last summer after Call me Maybe..I'm sure it could have. I'm a little doubtful now, though. She's only had one solo hit and that came about a year ago. It might be too little too late.

Why is Try by P!nk out of the top 10 on iTunes when it`s doing very well on radio ?

I honestly don't know. When I first heard the song, it sounded like career defining material. It still does, but I don't know why everyone else isn't realizing how wonderful the song is.

She did everything right for the single. A wonderful song, a killer video, and one of her best performances. It makes no sense by it's barely scraping by.

Agreed. And the lack of promotion on the part of the label further made it worse for This Kiss, or her album as a whole, to plummet in the charts. I guess I just feel that they wasted the opportunity into really turning her into something big, at least for the next couple of years or so, since Call Me Maybe was really huge in the US and elsewhere.

This Kiss had all the makings of a MTN or C'mon , it got enough radio support for that to be obvious.

Another problem was Carly was the opening act on Bieber's tour a couple weeks after her album dropped. So couldn't do more of a media tour, and instead of being marketed to the Biebettes.

Thrift Shop will block bey

Everyone here seems to think that she's coming for a huge smash comeback with this next era. I'm not convinced that she will.

The album will do well and she'll have a moderate hit, but I highly doubt she's going to have a smash single.

I heard Don't You Worry Child on the radio for the first time this morning. It does not sound good on radio at all.
