Pop Art

I can't believe how much Urban radio is helping Pour It Up. It's currently #37 on iTunes just from the radio support.

Azealia didn't get dropped though?

I know...I don't understand either, if anything, that should make her all the more relatable to

the college students and wild high schoolers. I like her image & songs a lot more than Katy's & Rihanna's

She better not fade away :noparty:

I know. I was citing Azealia as an example of Interscope's ineffectiveness with new artists ever since Gaga came around. They hven't launched a successful artist since the ***cat Dolls, but now with Nicole Scherzinger gone from the band, it's flopped (or will flop, seeing as they haven't released an album since Nicole's exit from the group in 2010).

I'm quite looking forward to this because it has been a long time since she performed in a televised awards show, and to make it much more interesting, it could be in the industry's biggest centerstage. And if it does get performed, S&S would have a higher probability to end the reign of Thrift Shop and become Britney Spears' 6th HOT 100 chart leader.

It's also noteworthy that Britney is far performing better in the charts in her later years, compared to the early 2000s, a far contrast to what's actually happening with most of her contemporaries. Her critics argue that Britney's career has already peaked prior to the release of Blackout, and yet for the last 5 years or so, she has produced 4 HOT 100 #1s (of which two debuted at #1) and scored more top 10 hits than she did in her earlier years.

Britney Spears is now part of the roster of artists under RCA, since Jive Records and other Sony labels have been completely merged with it. I just hope they'd do their A-game once the new album of Britney Spears comes out later this year, after all she's among the most prized talents of the entire Sony Music, the world's second largest music group.

STAN! :legend:

It's not that catchy because it's not a pure pop, it's more on soul. Just like what a critic said that if you'll not like this song then you probably don't have a soul. Just take time to listen, maybe you'll fall in love to it also.

This is the first time someone tell me I don't have a soul indirectly for not liking a Bruno Mars song. :toofloppy:

Galactic Mess

Y'all are gonna have to eat your shorts when C'mon rises like a dark horse.

It's seeming more like a dead horse now, honestly.
