BTW is a fantastic album, there's no denying that. I just always like to look ahead on what's to come. Like, BTW/TFM/TF are legendary and iconic in their own right, but I feel like at some point, we just need to look forward instead of continually looking back at her old stuff.

I love SL, I think it's a great song. The combination of modern pop with the 80s-style synths is exactly  what I've wanted from Gaga in a very long time. If Chromatica is more of a colorful-80s-dance-pop-esque album sort of like SL, I think I could really get into it!

I LOVE Stupid Love a ton and am super amped for Chromatica, but BTW came out when I was a freshman in high school and was such a blast of creative fresh air for me that it inspired a lot of my own future work. BTW as a body of work means so much personally to me that it'll always be "the magnum opus" to me, no matter what she releases! It's no shade to any future works, and honestly I hope Chromatica comes out and I have to sit there and think "damn...maybe this IS even better."

No, that length for Chromatica was actually debunked. I believe it was just Stupid Love's overall length of 3 minutes repeated 16 times oof.
