Diamonster 1,786
Really not into any of the collabs rumored, except Adele So I won't be disappointed if I'm not hyped at all, I just wanna wait for the album really and stop with the rumors
Doot 2
I don't care for Ariana however I also don't care for Beyonce, yet Telephone (and Video Phone ) slaps so all that matters is that the song is good.

G.U.Y. simply wasn't labeled a Zedd feature because he was less known back then, and he worked on this song as a producer and not as a featured DJ. Look anywhere you want, you won't find any trace of "G.U.Y. feat. Zedd", so what's the point of debating this fact? Why don't we say "Poker Face feat. RedOne", while we're at it? elijahfan 26,189
More on topic, I think collabs are overrated in general. If I had it my way, Chromatica would be Gaga only ala BTW because I literally don't want or need anyone else on a Gaga record than Gaga. But knowing her, at the exception of the early days when she had no power in the industry, every time she's collabed with someone was a process that came organically and wasn't just a gimmick to multiply chances of charting or kickstart a fellow label artist's career, so I trust her intentions and am curious to see what can come out. It will be what it will be.
TheSlash 14,539
I'm not extremely excited about them, but Ew, David!
fede ARTPOP 6,737
Tbh I dont like collabs that much, instead where 2 singers interact through the song or harmonize together, something like Me Against The Music is fantastic, so featuring a rapper NO thanks, not even like Beyonce on Telephone, shes only doing some verses and never even performed together. MAYHEM / ARTPOP
TimisaMonster 31,073
So far Bloodpop has NOT been impressing me with his productions with Gaga...the songs are so lackluster imo I hope he finally brings the electronic bops like he does for other artists... I need some crazy hardcore Aura type songs on this album Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!

Something along those lines. There was a big thing about it last summer and I ended up selling my ticket for Zedd at Red Rocks after I was already in Denver I know none of that had to do with your point, but I’m a big fan of Matt Koma and that song makes me mad haha reality’s tight if the music is right

Are you saying that Poker face isn't feat redone?.i wasn't aware. I just wanted to say that zedd was already huge in 2012 because of that song. Its not like zedd was a niece artist in 2014. I replied technically 😂😂🎨🎨 Love it when you call me legs In the morning, buy me eggs
JustJames 966
Collaborations very rarely have a positive impact on an artists era; trying to merge two artists with different sounds, songwriting, etc. is almost impossible to cohesively integrate into an an album cycle/theme. Instead, the songs are largely regarded as their own entities by the GP and their success rarely translates to increased album sales. Look at Senorita for example. A number one smash collab that 1. Provided no momentum for Camila’s era, 2. Overshadowed her first few singles, and 3. Did little to add to the sales of the album. This has always been true back to the days of Mariah + Whitney. Telephone may be an exception but that’s because Beyoncé was merely a feature and everything about it was integrated into TFM. Look at the list of rumored collaborators and try to figure out how a coherent sound and message can easily be conveyed — and most importantly, credited to Gaga and not to these other artists. I want this era to cement Gaga’s status; not contribute to others legacies. A feature or one collab single would’ve been cool; but I am a little nervous. FfFfFfFF 55,869
Blackprint is fine and can fit into an uptempo electro-song... Africana Ugande however can stay away from this album.
Daylight Jokers 14,958
I don't mind collabs, but I also don't mind having no collabs. What matters to me is how it's gonna sound like.
PartySick 160,135
Well I hate Ariana as an artist and a singer so there's really no where to go but up for me Billionaires are a cancer. Even the ones you like.
rasclautmangos 2,746
I'm excited for the collabs, mostly because she rarely does them, but also because I haven't really liked any that she's done in the past outside of Telephone with Beyonce.
PartySick 160,135
I am curious to see the process though. She turned down releasing The Greatest Thing because she and Cher didn't actually make the song together so I'll be a bit disappointed if this is one of those "alright, Ariana, email us your vocal track and we'll finish this" type deals. It wasn't like that with Florence so I'm not expecting that to be the case but I don't have a lot of faith in Ari or her music manufacturing team At worst, it'll be a skip track for me. But I'm expecting to be proved wrong Billionaires are a cancer. Even the ones you like.
