Mister G 10,513
A lot of people don’t vote now because they believe it either doesn’t matter or they would rather wait until November when it’s time for the main election. Sad truth, regardless of who anyone supports younger people in that age group don’t care enough or don’t know enough or don’t want to learn enough about anyone. Much of the critique of Bernie from establishment dems was about age and Bernie's heart attack, although I'm not sure most of it was genuine...? The establishment doesn't want a leftist progressive candidate.

More like four more years of Trump, because Trump is going to mop the floor with Biden. She/Her/Hers

We need a progressive who can energize the half of Democrats who usually vote for the establishment nominee. Bernie isn't doing that right now, as much as I love him. Chromatica 7,042
I really don’t think it’s as complicated as some people here are making it. From what we’ve seen tonight, it seems like most Pete and Amy voters preferred Biden over Bernie. Biden’s win in SC positioned him as the moderate candidate who could win in more diverse states. When South Carolina showed that Pete and Amy couldn’t perform well in these states, they dropped out and a lot of their voters defected to Biden. That’s why South Carolina was so impactful.
