That number is still negligible, and expected, says nothing about the disease. Wuhan has insane levels of pollution, you just cant find people with perfectly healthy lungs, you are automatically at a higher risk if you are in one of those cities. It’s the rest of the world (40 countries infected now) that has to face the crisis. But from the sounds of it, the disease stands to kill more people outside of China than in China because no-one is taking it seriously. Ignorance and arrogance literally kills.
