Didn't we hate the "demo"?

I was always hoping that SL wasn't the lead single; it shouldn't have been.

My second hope was that if SL was going to be the lead, the released version would be improved from the leak and that did not happen.

I feel like there’s divisiveness and controversy with literally every Gaga song. :coffee:

So ask yourself- Do you like it? You do? Good. That’s all that matters. So just dance b*tches! Every time I listen to SL I wanna groove!

Been a cuff touple, a puff bupple, a tough couple of years.

The part best on all levels. :bradley:

I'm sorry but when I first heard it I couldn't get rid of how the voice sounds like the fake PI leak :selena:

Lol what? Not at all.

I was on here when it leaked and everyone was loving it and were so happy Gaga returned to electronic pop. A few mentioned it was kinda generic and nothing groundbreaking but was a return to form for her that they were happy with.

People were just hoping the final version would be different since they'd already heard the demo and the novelty had wore off.

No? Stupid Love was practically universally loved when it leaked. The usual loud minority just bangs on about stuff so you hear them everywhere.

I also love how the haters are literally clinging on to that one negative review :ladyhaha:

Don't act like you don't know that this fan bases switches more than any other fanbase. Born this way was IT until Judas flopped. Applause was everything we needed until it failed to beat Roar. Shallow was hot garbage until it started dominating the charts same with MR. ASIB was a waste of time that should have been used making her next album until the movie did well, starting getting acclaim and she started winning awards. :gayhat: If Stupid Love manages to do well on charts it will end up being her ICONIC POP COMEBACK. If it flops it will be the next PI.:sharon:

That being said I always loved the leak and the video was average at best imo.

Its lack of lengthy chorus and bridge. It doesn't have chorus many can enjoy and lack of bridge ruined the song a bit cause it never got the climax.

If it had these two I would have slayed much more. But still I love this

Thanks for putting words  on what I wanted to say!

I kinda felt the same with Perfect Illusion, I liked it but it was too repetitive to my taste. Same with Stupid Love I must say. I would have loved at least a bridge to have a bit of musical contrast. I still like it tho, it makes me feel happy... and it makes me want to dance so bad eheh :woohoo:

And I dunno why but it kinda made me think of her simpsons' Little Monsters Song... maybe mixed with a little bit of Fashion of His Love. Am I crazy?

It’s very Fashion of His Love, IMO. I love that though cause I think that songs is so severely underrated!

OK I'm finally not that crazy ahah

Visuals, in this case a music video, can often elevate a song. Also, why are you posting one negative review (by a Madonna fan and a Hellary Clinton supporter, which tells you everything you should know by this reviewer) and not the many positive ones? I've been lurking on this forum for quite some time and I don't think I've ever seen you say anything positive. Are you a FRAUD?

This fan base is full of bandwagoners who don’t admit that they will change their opinions based on popular opinion.
If it flops, they’ll stay hating it, if it succeeds, they’ll switch up like they did with Shallow.

The song is a solid bop, nothing groundbreaking, but it does EXACTLY what it’s meant to do and I’ve loved it since the leak.

I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.
