No one knows Hits 93 Toronto. They are an online station no one listens to. Don't expect them to ever put anything on heavy rotation. I wouldn't even consider them a top 40 Station because although they play some new hits that is not their main focus They used to have a low-key obsession with Nelly Fortado I dunno if they still do her 10+ year old hits were on all the time even when she had become irrelevant for years CHFI is kinda geared to older adults like Chum 104.5... they do not play new hits a lot. Each new hit gets played once a day if they are lucky and then they play a lot of old hits 99.9 Virgin radio very often takes time to add songs into heavy rotation. Although there's exceptions and they've done it, they usually wait for a song to grow in popularity and Z103.5 usually does the same thing Kiss 92.5 is the only Station that tends to jump on brand new singles quickly shortly after release if they like it so this is a good sign that they chose to. That's what I did. We have 5 spins on Virgin but the DJ now (Robyn) has only spun it once since she started at 10 AM. They don't usually add brand new singles into heavy rotation as quickly as Kiss 92.5 I'm curious to see how the week will play out Virgin tends to play lead singles 6-12 times in debut day if it's from a big artist then pay it dust for a while Then once the song gains general popularity they add it into heavier rotation So if they drop the spins later this week I'll try not to read too much into it cuz they always do that sh*t Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
