There's also alot of mistakes with those crystal rocks. There is a dance scene when there's any crystal, then 2 sec. later they're on and it is not a different angle.. Like the video is fun and random and a nod to 90's esthetics. Honestly the fact that it was shot on an iPhone make it more ambitious and great for me. Is it her most flashy video? No. And yeah I was expecting a long epic. But, this was the FIRST video for this era and a song that’s been out a month. And this Apple promo is amazing for Gaga. Ads everywhere. It’s showing on NYC big screens. GMA did a segment. Online reviews are mostly positive. And I got a bunch of texts today from people loving both the video and song. There are endless merch opportunities for this. And the tour too (fingers crossed it happens) could be amazing using this theme. Why do the visuals feel like a cheap Ariana Grande Break Free copy? Throwback to ARTPOP? Pink super power ranger cosplay kpop vibe? Gaga will sell, and I hope she does well.
