I'm still not sure what exactly Chromatica is besides a planet... I really do like the song and the video, it's just that something doesn't add up for me. The red claws were for RED. This is a pink song. If we stick to the idea of each song being s different color basically, the red claws could've been for the album photoshoot. Then the video is not it, is too messy, the choreo is not really good, is to all over the place, imo her last iconic “perfectionist” pop video is Applause, everything was on point. I feel exactly the same, all the props and visuals were teased but never used or explained, like why did they fight in the video... idk it just seems rushed or something.
