10M /260k = ~39 points

8.3M / 160 = ~51 points

 

with Gaga, its the other way around. 11M on paid services and 7M on youtube.

7M / 260k = 27 points

11M/ / 160k = 69 points 

 

coupled with circles decreasing and stupid love having airplay, chance of #3 is very strong.

when did you see US radio playing a song not in English? Whenever it happened in the past, a remix in English was needed (Macarena, Bailando, Despacito etc)
