It won't do massive damage but will dent the chart numbers a little.

Most people will stream the entire album but only 12 will count towards the chart, which means that time spent on streaming the bottom 7 could have been spent on streaming the top 12.

Sounds about right for the BTS song. They probably had a huge lead on the day kworb hasn't updated, plus there were 2 versions of the song.
