The bolded one. Because it is billed as two seperate items that you buy simultaneously. The digital download will count this week, however Gaga's label can chose whether they want the CDs to count towards this week, or its shipping week.

All the pop girls have been suffering with awkwardly frontloaded videos recently. Same with Ariana and Taylor although of course none of their videos were as big of a bomb as NRO.
