No she's clearly skinny in the video. They clearly edited it in post production just like they did in every video of her (it's actually really visible in G.U.Y when her body clearly wasn't in the same shape of the video). Not saying it's a bad thing, nor a good thing. It's just she always did that. Not that she is overweight anyway, she just doesn't have that plain tummy (?) like in the video, but that's not to blame she edited it imo.
