The Ariana track has been pushed back, but seemingly not from this week. The song dropping this was, as you say, just an album track. The story doesn't fit into the storyline for this project, Gaga is fighting for peace in CHROMATICA. In Paparazzi she killed her bf for revenge and then in Telephone she killed everybody in a café after leaving prison...
