He said albums were getting a 3-8 week delay. June 5th would be the 8 weeks. So realistically it could come any time from May 1st onward. We could very well still be quarantined in May and at this point it's likely. I honestly don't even think they know a set date for the album yet. Born this way definitely deviated from the norm in terms of production values (especially when EDM was rising in popularity, which I’d say ARTPOP was running catch up to) it was still a solid accessible pop record. No, but what Gaga does is she takes those sounds that people would not normally like and would be experimental, put it altogether and make it work so that people can like it. There is a level of innovation and skill in crafting a song that is a bit more out there AND making it accessible BUT when something is not accessible, that does not make it any less experimental.
