I mean, the chord progression of the instrumental is similar both in progression and the key it’s in. Not the same, but I can see where people would hear BTW in the song. I would think it’s a stretch to say it’s the same as BTW, but there are certain basic similarities. The melodies in the actual song are pretty different, though.
