Which is where the “Stilted” adjective I used in my post comes into play. Why stage something for an announcement regarding a global pandemic? She was all serious in her delay message and now she’s like making it into this whole playful thing. It’s just weird to me.

I find it slightly hypocritical some people argued that "people are dying" when we were upset about the delay, yet it's funny to literally waste peoples' time saying nothing about nothing when we are looking at our media right now for life or death information. 

And if you're going to argue: But this was lighthearted and we need moments of levity—why not drop music or at the very least keep us updated about the album then? If she has time for this bullshit, she has time for that. 

For the record, I'm ok with the delay. But this is not being handled right.

It seems that it needs to be told on a daily basis. Heck, I should say that every other hour cuz there are people here that clearly cannot get that for some weird reason.
 

So maybe take a shot everytime I say that and one after whenever you see a  delusional monster thinking Gaga should or will announce a new single or smh while we’re still dealing with the virus when she clearly said she’s postponing the era

People understand it's postponed, but she explicitly said she would announce the new date and share surprises with us "soon" and "very soon" respectively so you can imagine why people are still anticipating news about Chromatica as a whole. 

I'll take any opportunity to take a shot tbh. Bottoms up.
