I have a feeling they didn’t necessarily intend to reveal the cover now, but felt forced to after yesterday’s mess up from retailers. I think the big thing that gives that away is the fact that she hasn't confirmed a new release date and that the first thing on her website is a message about her delaying the album. I feel like that even though she wants us to be really excited for the album, she also wants to make it very clear that it's still delayed for an indefinite amount of time. Ideally, this announcement would mean that she has things finalized or at least close to being finalized, but again, the fact that she didn't specify a date sort of tells me otherwise... Specially how she just barely added text to her post on social medias...it was a damage control post. Now for the album to leak and see how they handle that Edit: Im not saying I want it to leak but it's sorta how things are going down let's not kid ourselves.
