Mess, these threads always end up the same way

1) thread is made about a topic where veganism isn’t the main subject but still is related to it

2) vegans and non vegans argue back and forth about who is right

3) images of clowns are posted

4) billie eillish is vegan and you are a terrible human being

This is what you call "unbiased science"? :rip:

Couldn't be further from the truth. Not only is this statement widely debunked by scientific studies, I can speak from my experience that my vitamin and mineral intake has never been higher.

The delusion that high levels of sugar in fruit causes diabetes has also been debunked multiple times. In fact, a fruitarian diet actually stabilizes hospitalized diabetics. Again: you're spreading lies.

I'm also dying to read about those examples of a carnivorous diet reversing cancer :lmao: Also, Steve Jobs did not start a fruitarian diet because he had cancer :smh: He just maintained his fruitarian habits after he was diagnosed. Again, pure lies. There is no link between a fruitarian diet and pancreatic cancer, and if you execute a fruitarian diet well (which, admittedly, is not easy), there is no health risk either.

But here you really showed your ignorance:

This is 100% false and it has recently been popularly debunked in the acclaimed documentary The Game Changers where scientists show that it's actually animal protein which has high levels of oestrogen and which decreases testosterone levels :flop:

Again: get your eyes away from whatever pro-meat lobby blog you're on and actually read the research.

There is absolutely no link between eczema and plant-based diets :toofunny: In fact, many people report these skin conditions to improve after they cut out animal protein from their diet. This is because many plant-based foods contain omega-3 fatty acids, which some believe improves these skin conditions.

So again: pure lies. Not surprised. Don't believe this dude.

This is completely false :sharon:   all vegans run on glucose, and other sugars. In what world is that healthy? Thats number one. Number two is that excess glucose/sugars will get converted to fat in the body, and this is very oestrogenic. The carnivore diet makes you run on fats for energy which is much more sustainable. People on the carnivore diet tend not to hold body fat, and it resets all your hormones. If it didn't, I would be overweight and growing boobs right now... but actually the opposite has happened. Its reversed my oestrogenic issues and reset my testosterone back to where it should be.

Game Changers has been debunked thousands of times. Its not animal protein thats oestrogenic, its plant :fan:   plus the athletes used in that documentary quit being vegan due to poor health. Literally, their health deteriorated on a vegan diet.

You can't absorb the vitamins in plant food, its not in a form thats easy digestible for the human body. The most digestible forms are found in animals products, mores specifically animal fats and meat. Many people who go onto a carnivore diet say that it clears all the skin conditions up and they all feel much better after cutting out plants. Why? Because suddenly they are getting all the correct vitamins and minerals, and their hormones are all in balance. Completely they opposite when they were plant based.

I suggest you get your head out of the pro-vegan blogs and documentaries and actually look at all the evidence and studies. Don't just go and try ones that suit your argument. There's a reason why not everyone is vegan, research that why.

So again: pure lies. Not surprised. Don't believe this dude.

So how come vegans have the lowest on average BMI's, lowest rates of chronic diseases and are  the longest living population??

Also sugar isn't bad for you. Your body is supposed to run on glucose. Excess fat causes diabetes, this is a medically accepted fact.

A world where we our closest genetic reletives are chimpanzee's that get 96% of their calories from fruit

Your body is supposed to run on fats, not glucose. Glucose burns much quicker than fats, so why would we run on Glucose? For short spurts of energy, yes glucose can be used. But the best fuel to keep you going is fats.

The reason why Vegans have low BMIs is because you are starving yourself of all the essential nutrients, therefore you won't have much muscle or body fat. But that doesn't mean you are healthy. A BMI scale isn't actually the best way to measure body fat. Mass takes into account everything (muscle and fat) where as to get an accurate picture you need a body fat test. And actually Vegans have high chronic illness issues, and I would beg to differ that they are the living people considering there is a group of people in China who eat only meat and are the longest living group of people in China. It was actually in the study that Vegan doctors did...

Actually this is false. Chimpanzees have like two stomachs to process the plant matter. We don't have two stomachs and we can't digest plant matter :vegas:
