REALITY

Look, even though I don't support Warren the way I used to, her performance last night was incredible. I loved seeing all the candidates go after Bloomberg, but Warren was especially feisty!

Lizzie tore him down last night like it was nobody's business. She made valid points and highlighted many big concerns Democrats have with his past.

She won that debate. Period.

Democrats will end up destroying each other. I like Warren, but the best thing about her campaign is how bad Bloomberg was? :trollga:

Considering most of everyone's big thing was ORANGE MAN BAD at one point, it's refreshing seeing them roast other people.

Maybe its entertaining, but that's not how they will beat Trump.

Elizabeth's debate was brilliant

But after the Bernie betrayal

I can't trust her anymore "her friend Bernie is sexist"

She has alluded to going into a brokered convention with her won delegates and so did her surrogate Adam Greene

Which will break the democratic party in my opinion

Depends... If it prevents a terrible person from becoming nominee it might be :laughga:

Get a nominee that most Democrats hate almost as much as Trump and the voter turnout will be terrible

Bloomberg wasn't hated by most democrats, at least until last night. :laughga:

All of them have problems and last night they wanted to talk about the problems of one of them. But who really won? I doubt that Warren or the democrats.

I'm about to whatch the debate now so I still have no opinion on who won :enigma:

But these things had to be said Bloomberg is a terrible person and stuff was gradually becoming more known by ppl regardless of stuff being brought up in the debate

And u know me. I'm not as far left as most on GGD so I'm not saying this as a biased leftist or a socialist...

Bloomberg is a bad person and candidate and I'd hate to see America elect someone arguably as evil as Trump :madge:

At least Trump is too stupid and blunt to keep anything burried. But Bloomberg has a bit more intelligence and is more sly

An evil person that knows how to cover it up (at least partially) and maneuver the system is even worse than Trump. At least with Trump what u see is what u get

Bloomberg reminds me of a Putin. A guy with power, u know he's evil underneath but he can professionally sway things... The danger of abuse of power going unnoticed is even worse with someone like that

As bad as this may sound. If Bloomberg is the candidate American democrats should at least considered voting Trump (or abstaining). I mean at least consider it, many may still choose Bloomberg over Trump and that's their decision. But I think he'd be even worse

I know a woman who was asked to sign one of Bloomberg's NDAs. He is not a good person. In some ways, he's worse than Trump because he's more cunning, and he doesn't even have any sort of populist message. He might be slightly better for the environment than Trump, but I fear that electing another authoritarian would be disastrous to the U.S.

Warren going after him wasn't simply attacking Bloomberg. She was attacking how misogyny has become far too-accepted. "It's just a few jokes that some people didn't like." As a woman, I've heard too many of those jokes from people in power, and if you don't laugh, you're accused of being an uppity woman with no sense of humor. Maybe you'll lose your job because you didn't laugh. And her later criticisms of stop & frisk or of how a billionaire shouldn't be able to buy an election are extremely valid and go beyond Bloomberg. We don't need another racist, misogynistic, homophobic (see Bloomberg's "horse-faced lesbian" quote) president who thinks he's above the rest of us. He cannot become the nominee. If he does, we'll definitely have 4 more years of Trump. I won't ever vote for Trump, but I also won't ever vote for Bloomberg. I'll vote third-party if it comes down to it.

Here's an article about about how his company went after the family of a woman who refused to sign one of his NDAs (and she wasn't even his employee!):

Based on his political agenda, Bloomberg is totally different than Trump.

But yea, he might have similar skeletons in the closet.

That being said, his "evil"-ness isnt something that I agree with. Is he more evil than amy, who is accused that she sent at least one innocent black man to prison? I wouldn't say that.
