The only confirmed date we had was 2/20(21), now it's 2/28. And like you mentioned things that come with it can actually be a factor. For example, they couldn't finish the music video in time. My problem is that we keep getting all these dates and then these excuses like, "Oh, it's not my fault. Gaga and her team are to blame. I was always right. It's just delayed." Maybe 2/28 is the date, and maybe that was the plan all along, but if that's the case, then there were no actual delays.
